  • Collaborative Growth: Align firm relationships and footprint with your practice by fostering connections within your network and contributing to the overall growth strategy.
  • Advisory Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to attorneys in your areas of expertise, cementing continuity for high-touch client representation.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Professional: You bring 25+ years of experience in transactional, corporate/business, commercial real estate, technology law, intellectual property or any other Firm practice area.
  • Client-Centric Leader: You excel at maintaining trusted relationships and providing business-oriented legal counsel for clients that addresses both their immediate needs and long-term goals.
  • Strategic Visionary: You are planning for the next phase of your professional journey, balancing an active practice with succession planning.

Qualifications:

  • Established Book of Business: A portable client base generating at least $250,000 in annual revenue, with the ability to collaborate upon and ultimately transition client relationships as seamlessly as practical.
  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in transactional, corporate, business law matters or other Firm practice areas, with a strong track record of client satisfaction and results.
  • Licensed Practitioner: Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Virginia, D.C., or Maryland.
