Daniel Batterman is a highly regarded technology lawyer with almost three decades of experience. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Batterman served as of-counsel to a downtown Boston firm with the intellectual property, corporate transactions, and litigation practice groups while running his own firm focused on the technology and internet sector.
He gives seminars to students, professionals, and fellow attorneys on intellectual property, trademarks, IT development, licensing, software, privacy, open source, and contracts. Mr. Batterman also served as a guest lecturer at the prestigious Wharton School in Philadelphia, where he lectured graduate and undergraduate students in technology and contract law and advised them on technology-related ventures.
