What You'll Do
- Dive Deep into Law: Conduct legal research, draft documents, and support senior attorneys in client representation across exciting practice areas like corporate law, securities, M&A, technology law, commercial real estate, intellectual property, and business disputes.
- Shape Client Outcomes: Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and negotiations to deliver innovative, practical solutions.
- Build Relationships: Support our marketing and business development efforts to grow the firm and establish your professional network.
- Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with partners and team members in an environment designed to develop your skills and prepare you for long-term success.

The Details:
