He is well-regarded in the area of healthcare law with a specialty in representing medical and dental practices as well as healthcare imaging and other types of diagnostic facilities.
He serves many closely held businesses in various industry groups and is often called upon to provide advice and counsel in connection with the full range of issues facing these clients, including choice of business entity, internal entity governance, income tax planning, key-employee compensation, employment law, third-party contract negotiation, dispute resolution and estate planning.
Mr. Lipresti founded the firm in 2003. Prior to starting Lipresti Law, he was a partner in a national law firm, and then later in a large regional firm.
